The Lorraine Bethea Foundation proudly celebrated its 10th Anniversary Gala with an unforgettable evening of elegance, inspiration, and community. The milestone event brought together local leaders, supporters, and changemakers to honor a decade of impact and service.

Guests enjoyed a gourmet plated dinner, live entertainment, and a formal award portion recognizing Sharita Dunlap for the Humanitarian Award. The evening also featured a couple VIP's: councilman Cal "Cash" Jackson Green and Virginia Beach Mayor Bobby Dyer who shared a few words. A moving portion of the event was when special guest Cheryl Brown spoke of the experience that the foundation provided her mother when celebrating her 103rd birthday and the impact that it had as well as the reach of her mother, Beatrice F.
